Year 2 *2004*

Year 2004 was a great year. Skyler was in school, and I was pregnant for most of the year until Sept. 11th. Our little bundle of joy arrived 7lbs. 9 oz. We were so excited to be new parents. The rest of the year flew by so quick with a newborn and BYU basketball starting up. There is nothing like having a new baby for the first time, it's a whole different type of love you gain, and who knew a few years later that love only continued to grow when we had our 2nd. What a fun and exciting year!

Year 3 *2005*

This was a year that we did the most traveling by far. Skyler graduated from BYU in April. From there we moved to Chicago for the summer and had such a great time (well at least I did, I had all of my friends out there to hang out with everyday) Skyler sold security systems and had a fun summer too, I probably enjoyed it a little more than he did. After the summer we moved to Fresno, all while Mckenzie was in her 6 month-1 year stage. It was a crazy fun time I will never forget, I am so glad we got to do it.

Year 4 *2006*

This was probably the most emotional year we have had in our married life. With our new transition to Fresno, the unexpected passing of Skyler's grandma Carol, and Mckenzie's Miracle. It was a time where we grew so much in all aspects. We learned how to be stronger and lean on each other for support. Our marriage was really strengthened with all of the experiences that we went through. We are so blessed to have eachother and Mckenzie!

Year 5 *2007*

So far this year has been amazing. We have got to welcome our 2nd child into the world. We are so blessed to have Mckenzie and Kaylee they are so much fun and we love the so much. We look forward to taking Mckenzie to Disneyland in August, she is so excited to go she can hardly stand it.

5 Reasons Why I Love You.....

1. You are so much fun to be around, you have such great character and people are drawn to you (especially me)! Not to mention you are a Hottie! 2. You Love me unconditionally and treat me like I am your Queen! 3. You devote your life to being a great husband and father! You keep our family on the straight and narrow, always making sure we have family prayer, scripture study, and family home evenings. I am so grateful for that. 4. You are so loving to your girls, and you spend so much quality time with Mckenzie, something she will always remember about you. 5. Last but not least You are You and that is all I could ask for!

Your So Amazing...

I could not figure out how to post this, but if you click on the Icon it will take you to a slideshow of our wedding day. The song is dedicated to Skyler because he is so amazing. Skyler thanks for putting up with me for the last 5 years, I am so blessed to have you as my man! Love: Angie

Kaylee's First Trip To The Zoo!

*Well today we took the girls to the zoo. Kaylee just slept in the stroller the whole time, except for when she was screaming and I had to find a bench to feed her. We got one picture of her, but it was really bright out and it didn't work out. we kept her shaded the whole time, so no pics of her but just know it was a stepping stone in her life. haha.. Well on to Mckenzie she absolutely loves the zoo. She got to feed the giraffes for her first time. She was a little hesitant at first so Skyler had to show her it was okay. Once she watched him she did it too. She also got to pet the stingrays, don't worry they took away their stingers, so they were not dangerous. We also watched an elephant take it's bath which looked quite refresing at the time in the heat. so refreshing we decided to go swimming to the pool after the zoo, it was so much fun!

Days of Our Lives...

I can't stop taking pictures of the baby, she is growing so fast! She will be 1 month old on Monday the 25th of June, which happens to be my 25th birthday. I know I am getting so old. And the day after that will be our 5 year anniversary, boy does time fly when you are busy raising a family. Anyways, about the bath pictures..Mckenzie has to help me bathe the baby everyday, she is in charge of washing her feet, while I do everything else...What a helper!

Summer Fun!

*Mckenzie loves to be outdoors and playing. The other day we were at our friends house and they had a trampoline, she had so much fun playing on it. *I have started dressing the girls in matching dresses. They look so cute. its so much fun having two girls and lot more expensive (I am sure Skyler will be the first person to tell you that)

A day @ home with my 2 gals!

Mckenzie loves to interact with Kaylee or should I say "Mae, Mae" that is what we have started to call her. I just have to watch extra carefully when she is in the swing because Mckenzie likes to touch her and play with her a little too much. She is just trying to be such a great big sister.

Summer Dresses...

A few weeks ago I bought some material to make Mckenzie some dresses ( I guess I was feeling home-makerish). Well I decided to have Skyler's mom sew them because she is such an amazing seamstress. They turned out so cute. It's so nice for Mckenzie to just put them on because she can dress herself, and it keeps her nice and cool in this hot weather. Thanks Kip, you do such a great job.

Kaylee

All she does is sleep, eat, and poop! We love her so much. The other day Mckenzie said "Mom, kaylee is my miracle, you are Angie, and daddy is my boyfriend" . We laughed so hard because she said that all day long. It's hard to think that you could ever love another child as much as you do your first, but it's an amazing feeling that your love just continues to grow, and you love the next child just as much as you do your first. I am so blessed to have my sweet family. I love them so much!

Goggles....

Lately Mckenzie has been wanting to wear her friend Bella's swim goggles. She put on her flippers, arm floaties, and the googles. She was swimming around like a little fish, it was so funny. We have to go swimming almost everyday because it is so hot here, but we like it!!!!

Extra pinkies & Thumb Sucking!

This was a happy Kaylee right before Dr. Avena removed her extra little pinkies on both hands. You can see it wasn't a very intense procedure because they just kind of hang. We are happy that now she has 10 little fingers and 10 little toes.
Taking after her father who sucked his thumb until he was 10. We have only caught her a few times and this is one of the times as she is sleeping peacefully in her swing.

Thanksgiving Day...

Thanksgiving has come and gone, and so has my family. We were so blessed to be able to have them come out from Utah to join us (even if it was for 3 short days). We had so much fun just being together and hanging out. Steve made the turkey which was really impressive and the rest of us all pitched in to make the meal a delight. Bette's yams are always one of the favorites of the meal.We also got more aquainted with the WII, especially Sky's g-pa. He was so fun to watch at tennis.. We did miss Kip & Katie who were in Utah and my bro. Robby (who is now devoting his life to delivering christmas packages for Fed Ex..who knows he may just drop something by at your house! I love the holidays and I am so grateful to be able to share it with those I love most!
